I am helping my dad manage his domain and he said he got an email about needing to renew it, however I dont see a link on the dashboard like I normally see with my WordPress blog. Help?

You need to be logged in as the account that bought the upgrade - in this case since your did got the email probably you need to be logged in as his account

In order to renew you must be logged in under the username account that purchased the domain mapping upgrade. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

There have been some issues this morning wherein bloggers state they cannot use the links in the Store > My Upgrades panels. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.
