I'd like to add to my website a Contact Form(its name is Contact Form 7 http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/contact-form-7) and it says that, in order to install this contact form, i have to Upload the entire contact-form-7 folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory but i don't have this directory to my computer :S . What do i have to do?

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs like the one linked to your username and we cannot install individual plugins or third party themes into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
