downloading free wp templates

    Lets say I get a ips to host my blog, can i download a free wp template and can i them customize it?

    You should be discussing that over at http://wordpress.org as you're talking about using a different host. Kind of like walking into Burger King and asking for a Pizza Hut pizza. wp.org is the support site for the software. These forums are for those blogs hosted here at wp.com.
