Do you mean post revisions?
Go to Posts > All Posts, hover over the title of the post, click Edit and check the Post Revisions module for previous saved versions of the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
How can I save multiple drafts of different posts that I am still writing?
You do nothing. The software does this. Please read:
Each time you click Save Draft or Update, a revision is saved. WordPress.com will store the last 25 revisions for each post on your blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
I'm not actually aware of any way to do this, other than to make them as completely separate posts, possibly named Draft 1, Draft 2, etc. It would be a useful feature.
There are Post Revisions, but they don't allow you to compare them.
