Is there any way to have a wordpress.com and wordpress,org site communicate so that they will have the same info?
If this is not possible, is it possible to somehow transfer all posts, comments, etc. from a wordpress.com site to a wordpress.org (self hosted) site immediately?
i.e. when I post to worpress,com, the post is automatically transferred to my self hosted site? Possibly via an RSS feed?

Every wordpress blog has multpile RSS feeds and we do not provide support for installing the capacity on your website to draw the RSS feed from your blog.
On your webiste you will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. To gete help with a WordPress.org install you must to the WordPress.org support forums: http://wordpress.org/support/
