   Is the left sidebar only possible for the Showcase Template? If not, how do I create a left sidebar. The only option seems to be right. Thank you.

   The blog I need help with is tostir.wordpress.com.

   Yes, the left sidebar only appears on the showcase template. All other pages have a right sidebar.

   Are Aside and Link Posts only available in the showcase template as well? No Aside in post format under publish as described in Duster trial. Thanks for your assistance, sacredpath.

   To populate the sidebar you would make use of the Aside or Link post formats when you create a new entry (or convert an old one). You should find a new widget at your disposal, called Duster Ephemera, so you can customize the sidebar to your liking and still have the Asides and Link widget feature. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/duster/
