   We haven't installed any plugin yet, but I don't see the plugin menu. Can someone please help me make it showing up. Thanks!

   The blog I need help with is energyinfotechnyc.com.

   There is no plugins menu on wp.com:
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

   Before you proceed too far, please read about the differences between the two kinds of wordpress: .COM and .ORG

   And check that your plans for your site comply with the Terms of Service:
   http://en.wordpress.com/tos/

   It's possible to move your content and your links y using the export/import functions.
