Every time someone responds at a blog I responded to, I get an email notification. I've went through my settings several times, and enabled most of the e-mail options, but it doesn't work. I keep getting those emails.
Can someone help me to turn them off ?

The blog I need help with is mindtimebackup.wordpress.com.
When you receive an email in your email client there should be a un-subscribe link at the bottom of the email.
You can also go to Dashboard > Subscriptions to manage your subscriptions:

I deleted all my mails so I couldn't unsubscribe that way. But I went to my dashboard and I think that it's solved now. Thank u!
