Only what product the company is talking about to write, and bloggers on their own they are writing posts to this topic, all information there must be in accordance with the truth and reliable.
No you cannot use them here. They are specifically not allowed. WordPress.com blogs are non-commercial blogs. There cannot be any blogger initiated advertising on them and they cannot be used to drive traffic to 3rd party sites.

If that's the kind of blog you want then the other wordpress option is suited to your needs. You can hire a web host and download a free template from wordpress.org and have no advertising restrictions.
