Edit links on pages

  Every one of my pages and posts has a live Edit link at the bottom. When I go to the editing page, the only thing I can find below the text of the page is  
  I don’t know what that is. Deleting it doesn’t make the Edit link go away.

  In essence, any user can edit my pages and posts to their hearts content.

  That’s an Admin “edit” link provided for your convenience and only you can see it.

  You only see the edit link when you are entitled to edit a Post or Page – If I visit your site I will not see the edit link – you visit my site you will not see the link.

  Log out and visit your blog and you should not see the edit link – if you see it clear your browser cache and or cookies.

  Your visitor will not see nor can they edit your site unless you add them as a user.
