On my blog there's a 'sticker' type thing that says about, when i click it, it tells me i should write what my blog is about.
How do i do this?

You can create an About page or if one already exists then you can edit it and type a brief bio and blog description on that page.

That is a "page." Go to pages > all pages and chick the "about" title or click the "edit" link that appears underneath when you hover over the title.
