I am just playing around with the contempt theme. My site is at huburbanvibes.wordpress.com (very basic right now). I was wondering if there is any way (aside from purchasing the CSS upgrade) to edit where the links at the top of my page go to. I am hoping to link up to other sites, rather than just other "pages" within the blog.

If you search the forums, you'll find how to make the page go to an external site. However, be aware of the Terms of Service. If you are just directing traffic to other sites, they will shut down your blog.
