editing my "about" info

    can anyone explain to me in non-tech language please (i am a tech-moron) how i edit my "about" info...as you might explain it to a dummy. thanx.

    The blog I need help with is incurablecurmudgeon.wordpress.com.

    If you haven't already done so, log into WordPress.com, then click on the link above. You should see an "Edit" somewhere in the page in question.
