I generally like the feature, but occasionally it drags in a totally irrelevant post that I would like to tell it not to include (like gospel contests for a post on science fairs). I'd like to have the ability to exclude these posts, so that the search algorithm could go on to the next hit (which may be more relevant). I think that providing blog owners the ability to check an "exclude" box for each possibly related post would help WordPress improve the relatedness search and make the bloggers happier about the feature.
