Elemin CSS code

  1. I'm new to the CSS world, and am having a bit of a problem finding the code to change the color of the body of my blog. I'm not sure body is the correct term... I'm referring to the main area, where all the posts show up, the individual posts, as well as the home page list of posts... on my blog, it would be the area in white...

    Also, I would like to change the default color of the text...

    Would someone be willing to tell me the codes to make the changes to the font color in the body, and the color of the body..

    Thanks!

    The blog I need help with is johnbalaya.wordpress.com.

  2. The site linked to your username is using Matala. What site are you talking about? We need a link.

  3. Sorry... that's what happens when you write things when you're tired. :-)

    The blog is http://johnbalaya.wordpress.com/

  4. This would change the white background for the main content area.

    #page {
    background: #FFFFFF;
    }

    As far as font color, that is set in multiple locations. The easiest way to find all those is to copy the original stylesheet and paste it into a plain text file and then search for

    color:

    That will show you where all of them are.

  5. Thank you so much for the help!

  6. You are welcome.
