Yesterday I added an incentive (free giveaway) for new blog followers. Good news it worked!! Bad news is that some of the the wordpress followers do not have an email address in their profile, and in searching their sites & facebook pages I can't find an email address their either.
I am looking on the stats page under my followers. Any other place that I can look so that I can send them the free giveaway they signed up for.

No, the email addresses for WordPress.com users are hidden as part of our privacy policy.
You could ask them to leave a comment on the post. That would display the email address in the Comments section of your blog's Dashboard.
