Can I add an email contact popup box that doesn’t display an email address? I’d like to hear from viewers, but avoid spammers.

That specific thing isn’t possible here, but you can add a contact form following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
Our contact forms use the same anti-spam system as our comments.

Well, thank you very much. I just added a new page called Contact and then inserted the form into the page – it worked perfectly. Happiness engineer, indeed!
