Can email subscribers get the full blog instead of a small notificaiton?

Yes and you can change that setting here > Settings > Reading

Which of the options there dod you change. I don't see any that seem to apply to email followers. Thanks

For each article in a feed, show
choose full text

click "save changes" -
For clarity what email subscribers subscribe to is the RSS feed for your posts. This is the RSS Feed URL for your posts http://selecttraining.wordpress.com/feed/
