email forwarding after domain mapping

  1. Before mapping my domain name onto wp yesterday, I had two functioning email forwarding accounts with my registrar (easily). These were [email redacted] and [email redacted]. I understand that I now have to enter new Custom DNS records at wp for the email forwarding to continue to work. I've read through the info. at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/ but don't understand what I'm supposed to do. Before mapping yesterday I got the following info. from my registrar: one A record (a string of numbers with dots) and two MX records (strings of letters and numbers and dots). What am I supposed to do with these records? The wp help page says I'm supposed to do the following, but I don't understand what that means in relation to the records I have:
    'MX <pref> <host>.
    TXT <text>
    CNAME <subdomain> <host>.
    A <subdomain> <IP>
    SRV <_service._protocol> <priority> <weight> <port> <domain>'
    Any assistance much appreciated!

The blog I need help with is yorkauthors.co.uk.
