I understand the rationale for WP not recommending the placement of email links on our blogs because spammers often scrape websites looking for email addresses -- hence their recommendation of using the "contact form" instead. My question, however, is this: If I create a page on my blog that is "password protected" and then have a listing of email address links, am I putting those email addresses in jeopardy of being "scraped" or are they safe because they are on a password protected page?
The blog I need help with is spinalcolumnblog.com.
