   i recently changed my email address on wordpress and am not receiving the email notifications of when someone leaves me a comment. i confirmed the email address and all... i just want to receive emails when someone comments. is there somewhere to turn this on and off? i sure can't find it!

   You also have to change the email by going to Settings > General.

   The comments will continue to go to the old email address en tell
   you change it to the new email in your "General Settings".

   all the users of my blog are administrators. how can we get email notifications when someone posts or comments?
