   how do i temporarily turn off the email notification that lets me know when there is a new post from one of the blogs I follow?

   also, i have a new email account that i want all the post notifications for blogs i follow to go, but i'm still getting email notifications in the old one as well. i only want my email notifications of new posts of blogs i follow to go into my gmail account. i want anything having to do with my blog to go to gmail, even 'adminstrative' issues. thank you.

   turn off the email notification ... one of the blogs I follow

   Go here > http://wordpress.com/#!/read/edit/
   locate the blog in question and then locate "Get new posts by email"
   you have these choices
   never
   instantly
   daily
   weekly

   re: changing email address

   We have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

   Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

   Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

   i want to TEMPORARILY stop receiving post notifications from all of the blogs I follow. is there any way I can highlight all or choose all so that I don't have to click 110 boxes?
