Can I cause an email to be sent to my private blog users when a post or reply has been published?
The blog I need help with is costacardonal.wordpress.com.

If someone follows your blog they'll get posts sent to them as soon as they're published. If they subscribe to comments they'll get notified when there are follow up comments.

Note that email subscribers themselves control the frequency of receipt of the posts from blogs they subscribe to. Visit this page that applies to the blogs you follow to see what I mean http://wordpress.com/#!/read/edit/
Look for the Get new posts by email dropdown menu
