I wanted to post an embedded map from another website. I copied the HTML code from the website but it does not show up on my page. The only thing that shows up is the ad of the website (e.g. "Travel Map from so and so.com).
How do I get the map to embed?

You can't as this is a multiuser blogging platform and there are code restrictions for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ However, we can use Google maps on WordPress.com blogs http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-maps/
