This is what a forum search turned up To resize videos i use the Post to WordPress-Firefox-Plugin from Vodpod. http://blog.vodpod.com/?p=156 I just post it as a draft t and then edit the post and change the width and height values of the embedded video in the source view (this also works for many non-Youtube-videos).
