   I want to embed a Google calendar on my WP blog here http://unionsociety.wordpress.com/agenda/

   I have read widely that this is impossible

   But how has this been achieved:
   http://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/~debates/calendar.htm

   ???

   I think you'll recognise that as a WP blog under another URL

   The blog I need help with is unionsociety.wordpress.com.

   That's not a wordpress.com blog, it's a self-hosted blog and if it's using WordPress software, it's the software from wordpress.org.

   That is not a wordpress blog.
   You can link to your Google calendar. And in Freshy, the link can even be a navigation tab:
   http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/26/page-tabs-as-external-links/
