At present there are no chatboxes available I am aware of that can be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access and we cannot install chatboard or forum plugins for security reasons. They are only for WordPress.org installs and can't be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

We cannot do this for you. Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete the blog by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
