   Hi,

   Embedding individual Vimeo videos in WordPress is simple. No problem embedding them in posts, pages or WP text/html widgets. BUT.... I can't embed actualk Vimeo widget code. Sic:

   <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="400" height="300" data="http://vimeo.com/hubnut/?user_id=user5618180&color=6b6a6a&background=000000&fullscreen=1&slideshow=1&stream=album&id=1722716&server=vimeo.com"> <param name="quality" value="best" /> <param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /> <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /> <param name="scale" value="showAll" /> <param name="movie" value="http://vimeo.com/hubnut/?user_id=user5618180&color=6b6a6a&background=000000&fullscreen=1&slideshow=1&stream=album&id=1722716&server=vimeo.com" /></object>

   I've tried all the usual gambits but WP does not recognise the carousel functionality of the code.

   Anyone got any suggestions?

   You'll see the Vimeo carousel widget code on the home page. This what WP converted from the actual code entered, which was:

   We Volunteers cannot "see" private blogs. The instructions for posting Vimeo videos are found here and I find that the shortcode works very well. Which theme are you using please? You refer to a carousel but I'm not aware of any themes here that allow videos to be displayed in carousels. From what I read only images can be included.
