I'm sorry but that can't be done on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. It would require flash and javascript, and those are not allowed here due to security concerns: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

You can embed a Livestream video if you click Share/Embed, click for the old embed code, and turn it into a gigya shortcode. If you link to the page with the video you want, or paste the code here between backticks, we can show you how to.

Yes, all the livestream sites have switched to iframe embeds as the default, and there's no way to do those, but there's usually a link well hidden to Old Embed Code and that one can go into a Gigya Shortcode OR be put in a Vodpod account.
