I am a student and open the blog to finish my coursework. Somehow I find it's close from yesterday. My tutor is on the way to mark scores. I really need help to open my blog by support team. I have wrote email and submit the problems. But have not received any reply. The website is not for commercial use. I hope I can at least know what's wrong with it and I can refine it. It's just unreasonable to close a private blog without any notification. Hope any one here can help me. :<

Emergency! My blog is close
You need to log into the dashboard and then use the link in the message there in the dashboard to contact the Terms of Service department. If you have done that, then you will just have to wait until they get back to you, but they will get back to you as soon as possible.
Email is the last priority for staff; contacts made from that dashboard button are FIRST priority, so that's why you have to use it.
I have reported though dashboard. Seems like I can do nothing but waiting. Thank you for both kindly reply.Hope WordPress team can deal with my problem asap.
If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request, as that link works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
