Empty Site of All Contents

    I need to empty my site of all contents, as I'm going to re-import my blog from Posterous using the updated importer. It pushed me to contact support, and support pushed me to post here. I'm working on this migration today, so I'm hoping to have the content of s4xton.wordpress.com wiped clean ASAP! Thanks for your help.

    The blog I need help with is s4xton.wordpress.com.

    I'll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. Note that most support Staff are away at a meetup and are monitoring these forums. They may not be able to assist your until next week.

    If you don't have a lot of content and don't wish to wait for Staff to delete it for you then you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
    bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
    bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
    bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit

    Thanks for the tag. I do need staff assistance: over 1K posts and over 6K items in the gallery.

    You're welcome. Do note that most support Staff are at a meetup and are monitoring these threads. They attend to threads with the earliest dates first and may not get to this thread until next week.

    We can empty the whole blog for you, but that will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files.
    Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

    If you are sure you want to proceed, please reply to confirm the name of the blog you want us to empty.

    Can we do it again? My Posterous import again was not great. I outline my problems in another thread:

    Aaron, could you please re-confirm that you want to empty all content from http://s4xton.wordpress.com/ ? I just replied to your other thread so wanted to make sure this is still a relevant request for you.

    Yes. Please reset all the contents at http://s4xton.wordpress.com/ – I want it all deleted so it's ready for my next import attempt.
