If possible, I ask for a way to give access to my friend without them having an account on word-press.com (cause having them to create one just for that purpose is annoying and not conviniant).
As I see it, Word press have a partnership with msn (do they?)... so can't you find a way to enable eMail account (or Face book account) as a way to menage access to my blog?
If it actually possible... can you please tell me how?

Answer: No I'm sorry. They must have a wordpress.com account.
The only way for a friend to have access to your wordpress.com blog is described here. To add someone who does NOT yet have a WordPress.com account > http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

Windows Live Spaces is closing down. WordPress.com [provides the ability to import your content and set up a wordpress.com account. The move is permanent.
WordPress.com does not provide email accounts. It provides only blogs. You can post to your blog by email. Please see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
If you wish you can use Publicize to post links and snippets from your blog posts to Facebook. http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/ There is also a Facebook badge you can use > http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-badge/ And you can enable sharing options on the bottom of your posts on your blog. You can't really use "facebook" and "privacy" in the same sentence. It is against the laws of the universe.

LOL:D It's a huge datamining operation. Friends of your friends can view your profile. Clicking the advertisements and/or using third party apps for game playing removes any privacy you think you may have. When surfing the web if you click an advertisement the web will conceals your identity. But if you click advertisements on social networking sites, your username will not be concealed, and it will be traced to your profiles page(s) on social networks in order to and acquire your personal information.
Well the universe still seam fine with me xD. Well, I might should remove my social number of Facebook then... ^^.
