matheus98850The plugin bar doesn't appear for me in the main panel. It seems to me that's a comum tool in wordpress, as I read in some tutorials... Is it an restriction about my page's theme?

This has nothing to do with the theme. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install any plugins or third party themes. They are only for self hosted WordPress.org installs.
