Error message

  1. I cannot log into my webpage, keep getting error message. deleted cookies still dose not work.

The blog I need help with is itmckenna.wordpress.com.

  2. What are the error messages you receive stating? Please post them.

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

If you are, please do these four things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

    2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

    3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

If you are not successful let us know exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using and post any error reports you get.

  3. Exploer 9 Ver 9.0.12 the message dispayed is"Well this is embarrassing, isn't it?" and. I can see my websites header behind the message. Thank You

  4. By default your front page displays all your posts and you have not published any posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of your blog appeared because you deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

  5. If I have hit the nail on the head then will you please remove the "modlook" tag from the sidebar? Staff are extremely busy and we only tag threads for them when we cannot resolve issues. If your blog visibility was public and not private, IMO we could have probably nailed this easily at the outset.
