error message when installing a new theme

    I have a hosting acct. with godaddy. I installed the weaver theme on my new web site functionalskillssource.com/wordpress/ and was trying to activate it when I got this error message. Godaddy said that they could not help me. Can you help?

    The blog I need help with is functionalskillssource.wordpress.com.

    I’m sorry but that blog is not a free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM so we cannot help you with it. The correct support forum to get support for that blog is here > http://wordpress.ORG/support
