I need urgent help, i export a file from the old blog and i want to upload to my new blog with domain, but when i import the file this message appears.

Unable to create directory D:\Inetpub\webs\apuestas1porcientocom/wp-content/uploads/2007/09. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
and i dont know how to fix it.

Do you have a wordpress.com hosted blog/domain?
What is the url?
Or are you talking about a blog from http://wordpress.org?

Excuse me but that is not a wordpress.com hosted blog. Support for those who download wordpress.org software is in another place as the two run on different software. http://wordpress.org/support

If you downloaded software from wordpress.org then the support forum is here http://wordpress.org/support
Thats not urgent, it is simply that some of your files don't have permission to write themselves, you can change this with FTP software, try Filezilla. Google that name. Also we do not support those who are not hosted at WP.com, if you use WP.org software, go to their support forums, this is not the place here.
