   I am using Commission bot with WordPress on my site and when i publish my website to my domain i get this error_in_communication for wordpress, amazon and clickbank, any help would be appreciated!

   As we cannot have blogger initiated advertising on free hosted WordPress.com blogs I am assuming you are lost.
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/
   http://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/
   You need to post to http://wordpress.org/support/ to get support fro a self hosted WordPress.org install.
