I believe there should be a topic in the forums for anything. Publicizing your blogs, friends blogs, suggesting good blogs, forum games (I made a game on a blog where you put a songline in, and the next person to comment had to type the next line, then they did a new line, etc. It was quite fun), and stuff like that. If there was it should be called something like 'Random' or 'Games', etc.
