Are there any expatriates out there who were in Biafra (Eastern Nigeria) at the time it seceded from the Federation of Nigeria in 1967? Alternatively do you know anyone; friend, relative or acquaintance who may have been there in commerce, government service, with the VSOs (Voluntary Service Overseas) or the Peace Corps? I would like to make contact and exchange experiences.
