The site shows up great in Firefox and Safari, but looks extremely Beta in Explorer. I understand that Firefox is the preferred browser, but are there any plans to fix the Explorer viewing problems? Is there a particular Theme or set of themes that work better with Explorer?

The blog I need help with is cfaascience.wordpress.com.

  2. Hello there,
We cannot help your until you post a complete and cliackable URL for the blog in question starting with http:// Then we can confirm whether or not you have a wordpress.COM free gosted blog and what theme you are referring to. At this juncture we have ZERO to work with.

If you were using the Cutline theme it has been removed and replaced with the Coraline theme.

We also would like to know which operating system you are using and which browser versions you are referring to please.

  3. I have a great solution: Get Google Chrome. Explorer is terrible.

  4. Chrome also has known issues but trying another browser may work. These are standard troubleshooting techniques:
    1. Some issues that you encounter with your WordPress.com blog or account can be solved by changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ The instructions for specific browsers are found here > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

    2. Some issues can be resolved by using another browser? If you haven’t tried another one then I suggest that you do.

    3. Some issues can be caused by not updating your Flash. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.
