We cannot export our '" data-base". We can export all of our blog contents. kanssir has provided the link for instructions for creating an XML file which will contain your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags.
Your blogroll Links must be separately exported and imported and here's the link to those instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/import-export-links/
