Hello, I'm trying to download export file but every time I try, I get this message:

Something has gone wrong with our servers. It’s probably Matt’s fault.
We’ve just been notified of the problem.
Hopefully this should be fixed ASAP, so kindly reload in a minute and things should be back to normal.

Is this problem temporary? When will I be able to download my export files?
The blog I need help with is princejj.com.
Just wanted to add: I was able to download posts, pages, and feedback separately but I simply could not download the "all" file. I don't believe there's something wrong with the server or else I wouldn't have been able to download the other files. Why is the "all" file export not working?

Thank you for your help. However, I decided to export the blog elements in small batches because I found out that the import file size limit is 10mb so having a single "all" file wouldn't have been helpful in the end.
Hi Ceci, checking in with you - did you get a share from Prasath to your export files on Google Drive? You export file was actually uploaded as 10 smaller files (all under 10MB), so it should be helpful for import. Let me know if you need further assistance with this.
