Can you recommend a source other than WordPress from which I can get customizable themes - I've been hearing horror stories about people using themes from another source, but frankly, I'm not sufficiently impressed with your selection.

What do you mean when you "are not able to support ...?"
Are you saying that if I upload a theme that was acquired through an external source that it will not work properly?

You can't upload an external theme at WordPress.COM
Hmmm i have the same issue as above. It's a pity, I find the WordPress.com site amazing. I don't know how ThemeForest can sell themes called WordPress themes if they're not compatible with your service :(
Their themes work fine on WordPress.ORG installs
You should be able to get your money back, though.
