I am trying to add extra line breaks to create white space between paragraphs on a page. I have tried SHIFT+ENTER in the visual editor and
inthe HTML editor, neither are working.
Any suggestions on how to add these extra line breaks?

see here --> http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/category/line-breaks/If you want more blank space between paragraphs, you cannot do it by pressing return repeatedly, because the HTML web standard is no multiple line breaks (no multiple spaces either).
