Extra monthly charges

    Hello,

    I am now writing about the reoccurring charges on my credit card related to this account. I understood that the fee was to be charged to my card once, annually.

    I have been charged:
    $18 in August 2013
    $20 in September 2013
    $18 in October 2013 and again
    $20 in November 2013…

    This is crazy! I am asking that you please REFUND all the extra monthly fees that I have been overcharged…I’d also like to charge you interest but that would be more difficult.

    We are now using only one credit card for our Catholic Diocesan Office – the last one (November) charged for our WordPress account – Mutual of Omaha. When refunding these charges could you please place them on the Mutual of Omaha card?

    Please reply and inform me what is going on.
