In my dashboard, I am no longer seeing "Extras" where you used to be able to turn on or off related links. Does anyone know if wordpress.com removed this feature, or is there a problem with my account? A have more than one blog, and it is missing in all of them. Maybe the moved it, and I'm not finding it? Thanks.

Yes it does appear that Staff have removed the "extras" link. I don't know why and have not seen any announcement with regard to the removal.
Do you know how else we can manage the Related Posts links? I am not finding them at the bottom of my posts.

No I'm sorry but I don't have any information about this unexpected change at all. :(
The related links feature had been disabled for a while so the only active option there was the mobile theme. You can now find this at Appearance > Mobile.
