All that can change. My first day I had 12 hits, the second day zero. I have a blog that's lucky to get one a week.

No, not at all. It's never gotten a click from FB. I just meant that if you want to ramp up the hits, FB is a good tool. If you don't, there's no reason to set up a fan page unless you do events.
