   I added a badge from another site to my blog and now when I go to post on my Facebook blog page it wants to use the other site's badge on my post instead of my own image. I've now deleted the coding for the badge yet it is still happening. I've been told by someone that there should be somewhere in the set-up for the blog theme or design about how thumbmail images are selected and it needs to state that the thumbnail associated with a URL is the first image in a post not the sidebar. But I can't for the life of me seem to find this. Help!

   Remove the Facebook badge for the other site completely > Appearance > Widgets and use the Facebook badge for your own site there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-badge/

   You can also enable sharing buttons on your posts, pages and index pages.

   You can have Facebook like & share buttons on your posts.

   You can set up Publicize > http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
   Publicize isn't customizable. Manually posting to FB via your Sharing buttons works better and allows you to choose the image.

   Alternatively you can use Networked Blogs http://www.networkedblogs.com/ or RSS Graffiti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti for posting to Facebook walls if you prefer.

   Hi, I've removed the other badge (Tots100) from the text widget already. I even removed my own badge and replaced it, yet when I go to post a link to the blog manually on my facebook blog page it is still a logo for Tots100 that shows up as the thumbnail on the link back to my blog post. I can't find any further place the Tots100 logo appears on my site and I can't find the image for it hidden anywhere after going through every option on my dashboard.

   I've disconnected publicize and that hasn't made any difference.

   Any ideas?

   Are using using Publicize? http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

   I was posting the link directly onto my facebook wall using it as my page rather than myself. Thanks for the above tip - if I post through the share button it works ok so I'll just have to do it that way from now on. Cheers.
