whenever i share my post or blog on facebook it shows thumbnail of wordpress logo "W" .. I want to have my own snap instead of that.
pls tell me how to do that???

If you wish to upload a blavatar then please see here for instructions. Note that the blavatar will take a few days to display ie. this is not an instant process.
We cannot control which images Facebook uses or how frequently they clear their image caches.
- Only the first five images uploaded to a post (direct inclusion/gallery/slideshow) will be sent to Facebook. The images size has to be at least 200 x 200 pixels.
- To select which image will be used for things like Facebook Publicize, you can use a theme that supports featured images. If a featured image isn’t set or your theme doesn’t use featured images, then the code tries to pick the first image in the post or page. If no image is found, then the blavatar is used.

I have noticed that in your latest blog posts, you didn't include any images. In such cases, Facebook cannot propose you any other images to inlcude.
Try including images in your next post: these will be available to you when you want to share one of your articles on Facebook.

You added a small bird at the end of this article, and this image is now appearing when I share your post on facebook.

As I said above we have no control over which images are selected and when there are none then what jeherve applies.
I have noticed that in your latest blog posts, you didn't include any images. In such cases, Facebook cannot propose you any other images to inlcude.

ya that thing I got to know from support section ... but i was looking for a solution that if without adding pic in a post if my snap thumbnail appears on FB.
I have added my snap Gavatar y'day only so need to check within 2-3 days if it selects while sharing on FB or not.
