   Is there a way to set the "Featured Image" with the "Press This" bookmarklet or
   Is there a way for the "Featured Image" to be set automatically (i.e. the 1st image of the post)

   The blog I need help with is nbapost.wordpress.com.

   I'm sorry but "no" is the answer to both of your questions. Only some themes actually have the featured images feature.
